JOB DESCRIPTIONCo-Op-Manufacturing Engineer - Kohler, WI
Are you looking for a unique Engineering opportunity to support global teams? Do you enjoy working with others in new product development and manufacturing plants? We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op within our Global Faucets business located in Kohler, Wisconsin.
This position will be responsible for working with teams located across the globe. Our Manufacturing Engineering team is composed of several teams - New Product Integration, Advanced Materials and Process Development, Core Processes, and Assembly and Automation. You could get the opportunity to be responsible for developing and commercializing innovative manufacturing processes and materials to keep Global Faucets at the leading edge of process technology and product design.
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
* Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree from an Engineering discipline
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage projects and work in a team project environment
* Strong attention to detail and focus on business priorities
Additional skills sought include:
* Ability to work hands-on with multiple levels of associates within the organization
