We are searching for a Collaboration Practice Manager to join our team in either Cincinnati or Columbus, OH.



The role of the Collaboration Practice Manager is to provide oversight of project delivery resources within their specific discipline, establish and maintain vendor partner relationships with local vendor partner engineering and sales teams, act as subject matter experts in sales situations and drive overall delivery engineering quality and development within the relevant portfolios.



Major Responsibilities:





* Review and manage all operational performance metrics for engineering delivery of enterprise voice, video and collaboration technologies.

* Drives product portfolio development to align with company goals for continued performance and growth by working with technical leadership and sales leadership to ensure alignment with territory goals.

* Monitor, manage and drive overall team utilization and project efficiency.

* Work with scheduling team to ensure proper resource alignment with projects and shadowing / mentoring is leveraged with junior level resources where applicable.

* Serve as escalation point for team project delivery issues as needed and customer satisfaction issues.

* Individual delivery responsibilities are to include support of high / low level design planning to ensure team's delivery of implementation services, strategic project implementations. Typical delivery responsibilities would be limited to design and planning only.

* Deliver performance reviews annually, analyze team productivity and work with underperforming resources to increase performance.

* Continually pursue knowledge on latest trends, product releases and vendor offerings and develop and execute training plans to enable team become proficient in the same areas and technologies.

* Develop individual training plans for technical enablement of team.

* Perform SOW reviews to ensure pricing approaches and hours are inline with real effort while validating grammatical and spelling issues within all documents.

* Act as SME with local sales and sales engineering team on strategic opportunities to ensure creative pricing approaches are used where possible by leveraging lower cost resources where applicable to remain competitive.

* Monitor and approve staffing needs in accordance to predetermined headcount allocation for regional operation.

* Recruit new hire candidates and work with management on candidate screening and interviews.

* Develop relationships / work with sales team with key customers, partners, and vendors and ensures customer satisfaction targets are achieved and maintained.

* Participates in strategic planning sessions with vendors and senior management to include internal and external Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).

* Sponsor team building events with local vendor partner engineering teams

Required Skills

Basic Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:







* 5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration solutions (Design,pre-sales implementation, support, etc)

* Management experrience preferred,

* Knowledge/understanding of the Channel Partner/VAR space

* Review and manage all operational performance metrics for engineering delivery of enterprise voice, video and collaboration technologies.

* Drives product portfolio development to align with company goals for continued performance and growth by working with technical leadership and sales leadership to ensure alignment with territory goals.

* Knowledge of human resource principles and procedures to include; personnel recruitment, selection, training, and development.

* Strong customer service skills and service orientation focus.

* Effective active learning and listening skills.

* Effective people management and instructing skills to include; motivating, developing, directing, and identifying the best people for the job.

* Strong critical thinking, appropriate judgment, and logical decision-making skills.

* Strong monitoring and time management skills to assess performance, take corrective action, and manage one's own time.

Physical Requirements
