The Collection Methodologist Target Analyst shall have the following general skills and capabilities:
Experience working in a collaborative team environment with experts in a variety of fields and from a variety of government agencies and private organizations. He/she shall collaborate with and leverage expert's knowledge to provide comprehensive target assessments
Ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment, multi-task, organize and
manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Ability to prepare formal written reports and present formal briefings
Ability to research, analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data and information
Ability to quickly assess, triage and identify trends and/or patterns in large
volumes of data
The Collection Methodologist Target Analyst shall have the following demonstrated experience:
Demonstrated experience with at least three of the following: SIGINT, MASINT,
HUMINT, or OSINT collection capabilities and dissemination systems.
Experience shaping targeting methodology for multiple counter-terrorism and Hard Targets.
Demonstrated ability to analyze current and emerging intelligence issues related to a variety of topics as well collection strategy development and execution
Demonstrated experience using Intelligence Reports Tools
Demonstrated experience with Operational Cable Databases such as EMS,
Demonstrated experience with Computer Network Exploitation Analysis tools and data; Digital Forensics Analysis tools and data; and Applied Analytic Methodologies.
