Collections Associate

Representatives will be responsible for creating letters and contacting debtors regarding delinquent accounts. Data entry along with client interaction in effort to identify repayment methods.

Those with at least one year of Retail experience are encouraged to apply. Work with your friends in an office environment located close to the University at Buffalo - North Campus. Multiple advancement opportunities available.

Pay: $11/hr+ DOE. Hours: *Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, *must work two 12pm-9pm shifts per week and two half day Saturdays from 8am -12pm per month.



All qualified candidates are subject to Microsoft Word/Excel testing and a comprehensive background investigation.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
1) High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
2) Must have at least one year experience utilizing Microsoft Word & Excel.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
1) Previous collections experience preferred
2) Strong written and oral communication skills
3) Ability to work a flexible schedule
