Collections Specialist

Responsible for the accurate collection and management of all aspects of commercial debt collection to include minimizing losses and timely and accurate collection of all outstanding accounts receivable. This position is responsible for the prompt collection and management of past due low to extreme risk accounts and acts as the primary point of contact for collection activities, including resolution of billing issues, outbound contact for payments and delinquency resolution through various stages of delinquency as well as acts as a communication point to dealers and contractors as they move through the various stages of collection activity. Knowledge of Building Industry desired. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA - College degree a plus.
