JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW

The commercial account rep will be responsible for addressing client concerns regarding billing, performance, and maintenance. The rep will act as a single point of contact for any concerns or issues the client may have, and produce reports as-needed. They will be a liaison between our service department and the client, and will assist in scheduling and evaluating preventative and corrective maintenance activities. The account rep will help resolve contract disputes and work with our clients regarding any other operational or contractual requirements post-installation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a single point of contact for commercial clients
Notify clients of pending maintenance on their systems
Resolve contract disputes
Invoice customers for work performed outside the terms and conditions of the contract
Work in a call center capacity to field any and all questions or concerns from clients
Provide feedback to the service and operations teams regarding client requests
Help generate and manage scopes of work for preventative maintenance
Coordinate maintenance schedules between subs, our maintenance techs, and the client

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in Spanish
Passionate about solar energy and the success of SolarCity
Significant experience working in a Customer Service Role
Knowledge of commercial solar projects
Bachelor s Degree
Ability to manage voluminous amounts of data
Basic understanding of solar economics
Some experience with legal contract review
Excellent computer skills especially using Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal skills both from a technical and client facing perspective
Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
Ability to positively and effectively interact with internal and external customers
Regular, reliable and predictable performance required
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal screen. Additional pre-employment driving and drug screens may be required based on job responsibilities
