JOB DESCRIPTIONCOMMERCIAL AGENCY ACCOUNT ASSISTANT. SAN FRANCISCO, CA
Large insurance agency / broker is looking for 1 or 2 years of commercial account assistant experience:
* Issue certificates of insurance
* Assist in marketing efforts
* Prepare renewal specification
* Proposal preparation
* Endorsement processing
* Ordering MVR's
* Order loss runs
* Basic policy checking
* Account follow-ups
You will be supporting two account managers and will need to be proficient in MS Office.
You'll also need to be familiar with at least one agency management system (like Sagitta), and have a current CA property & casualty license.
