Commercial Loan Credit Analyst

As a Commercial Loan Credit Analyst for Cambridge Savings Bank, you will assist with managing the credit risk and loan quality of the commercial loan portfolio (including commercial real estate and corporate loans). You will also be responsible for developing background information on borrowers, analyzing financial statements, developing and analyzing property cash flow information and preparing comprehensive credit proposals. You will participate in joint customer calls and assist Loan Officers in conducting site inspections when needed.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess a college degree and or equivalent work experience to include three to five years credit analysis experience along with a solid understanding of financial accounting. Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and oral), and customer service skills are a must. Knowledge of commercial real estate and corporate lending operations and regulations along with strong problem solving and analytical skills are also required. Proficiency with Word and Excel is a must.
