Brief Description
Reporting to the VP Business Manager, the Manager of Commercial Operations is responsible for developing and executing of key commercial go to market process, including commercial forecasting, SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning), budget and pricing, price deviation, customer relations and new product commercialization of Rexnord PMC Products. This position is also responsible for commercial agreements, sales promotions and warranty. Particular emphasis will be placed on using process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or other tools to drive customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities

* Customer relations, Sales support and customer development through deep application knowledge, training and support

* Technical: RFQ support and execution, DTO process and support

* Developing and executing Rexnord commercial forecasting of PMC products

* SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning)

* Improve ability to deliver sales and orders, help drive value stream efficiency and effectiveness

* Global and regional Pricing Management & Price deviation process & Commercial agreements

* Sales promotions & Campaign execution

* New product commercialization

* Competitive analysis

* Warranty

* Train, coach and motivate colleagues, and if applicable, direct reports with a critical eye for talent and associate development

Qualifications

* Minimum of 7 years of commercial, product or marketing experience with highly engineered products in a complex B2B industrial manufacturing enterprise, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Manager, etc)

* Bachelors degree

* Proven track record of delivering to forecast though superior industrial commercial marketing and analytics, prior P&L experience preferred

* Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25% of the time, including overnight) is required.

* Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Understanding of Lean principles

* Direct experience in a process (or consumer products)-related manufacturing sector

* Direct experience within targeted vertical market

* Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, German or Chinese)
