This position will be located in Huntsville, AL. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) Development Program. Roles and Responsibilities: Communications Engineer reporting to the Network Engineering Lead supporting the Integrated Fire Control (IFC) IPT. These activities include design and development of the IFC network, support to design trade studies, checkout of potential hardware in the COMM Development Lab, support to integration and checkout activities, and support to integration and assembly of the IFCN Relay. This Comm Engineer will support troubleshooting activities in the COMM Development Lab.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering. Knowledge of engineering practices. Good communication skills. Engineering troubleshooting skills.
