Department: Community Health Department

The purpose of this position is to implement the community health improvement project as assigned within a designated program. This position will ensure that the project is operated using the standards and quality of CMC/DHKs overall framework of service excellence. High school graduate required. Bachelors degree in health, social services or related field, preferred. Five years experience in community health or related field required. Experience working with people with diverse backgrounds and interests. Experience with spreadsheet and word processing systems. Full-time 40 hours/week Days/Evenings/Weekends
