THE WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR THIS POSITION IS A SERVICE CENTER - THEY WORK OFF A TICKETING SYSTEM. IT IS VERY FAST PACED. MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS AT ONCE WITH DIFFERING DEADLINES. GLOBAL COMPENSATION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE DOING SALARY SURVEYS (MERCER/RADFORD), WORKING WITH MARKET DATA, EQUITY ANALYSIS, JOB EVALUATIONS, PROCESSING MERIT/BONUS INCENTIVES, ETC.

* YEARS EXPERIENCE: 3-6 SKILLS:
* RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION, SUPPORT AND DELIVERY OF GLOBAL COMPENSATION PROGRAMS THAT ARE AIMED AT ATTRACTING AND RETAINING TALENT.
* PERFORMS JOB EVALUATIONS GLOBALLY. PROVIDES RECOMMENDATIONS ON VARIOUS PAY ACTIONS (EXTERNAL OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, EQUITIES, BONUS BUYOUTS, ETC.). COMPLETES SALARY SURVEY SUBMISSIONS AND EQUITY STUDIES. ADMINISTERS THE JOB DESCRIPTION PROCESS.
* SUPPORTS VARIOUS COMPENSATION PROGRAMS INCLUDING SALARY PLANNING, MERIT INCREASES, SHORT-TERM INCENTIVE PLANS, AND LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLANS.
* PROVIDES COMPENSATION ANALYSIS AND DATA MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS INCLUDING ACQUISITIONS AND DIVESTITURES, LARGE REORGANIZATIONS, JOB LEVELING, JOB HIERARCHIES, INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS, NEW GOVERNMENT-MANDATED CHANGES, ETC.
* BACHELOR S DEGREE REQUIRED AND 3-6 YEARS IN A COMPENSATION ANALYST ROLE WITH SOME EXPERIENCE IN BASIC COMPENSATION FUNCTIONS.
* EXPERIENCE LEADING SMALL TO MEDIUM PROJECTS. STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ANALYTICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
* ABILITY TO WORK WITH VARIOUS INTERNAL CUSTOMERS TO RESOLVE CRITICAL DATA ISSUES.
* EDUCATION: BACHELOR\'S DEGREE DUTIES

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND DELIVERY OF COMPENSATION PROGRAMS THAT ARE AIMED AT ATTRACTING AND RETAINING EMPLOYEE TALENT. WORKS PRIMARILY WITH LINE MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS HR, TALENT ACQUISITION, MYHRTEAM, PRACTICE CENTER CONSULTANTS, REWARDS OPERATIONS MANAGERS, AND REWARDS PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGER TO ADMINISTER CLIENT'S PAY PROGRAMS.

* Applies basic knowledge of compensation and related human resources principles and requirements to support business needs.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
* Able to handle sensitive HR information with high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
* Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills and summarize data.
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
