This position will report directly to the Director of Administrative solutions. br   br Primary Functions: br   br •Responsible for collecting and analyzing salary survey data for compensation making purposes br •Prepare and collect all financial data br •Administer incentive compensation programs and insure internal equity br •Work with managers and supervisors to complete assigned work when establishing new positions and/reviewing current base salary. br •Help create incentive plans br •Manage current organizational charts by department br   br Experience: br   br •Bachelors in Human Resources, Accounting, Economics or Finance br   br Our client is more heavily focused on the right culture fit and for a hard working individual then on the years of experience.
