JOB DESCRIPTIONspan Compensation Analyst in Irving br br We are in search of a Compensation Analyst for one of our clients in Irving, TX. br br ul
li Responsible for collecting and analyzing salary survey data for compensation decision making purposes. /li li Compensation Modeling for analysis and incentive compensation programs. /li li Prepares and collects all financial data needed for incentive compensation programs including but not limited to Real Estate sales and Service Company operations. /li li Writes plan documentation and overviews for management approval. /li li Administers incentive compensation programs and ensures internal equity between all company roles and external competitiveness are maintained. /li li Maintains payroll forecasting and company scorecard reporting. /li li Performs research on wages for markets determining differentials and base wage practices /li li analyzes company compensation policies /li li Works with managers and supervisors when establishing new positions and/or current base pay and compensation programs. /li /ul
br Requirements br br ul
li Degree in Accounting/Finance or Human Resource Management or Economics /li li 3-5 years of experience in related field /li li Experience in Accounting/Finance analysis preferably compensation and data analysis /li li Financial modeling using spreadsheets and business applications /li li Proficient in MS Excel and experience in reviewing worksheets and financial information /li li Performing analysis on information from various sources /li li Ability to identify processes that should be automated /li /ul
