JOB DESCRIPTIONSuperior group is looking for a Compensation Rep for our client located in Dedham, MA
The client is currently seeking a Compensation Rep in our Dedham, Massachusetts location.
Provide administrative support to the Compensation function and to the Human Resources department of a geographic location
Provide support in special projects such as job descriptions and as assigned in a broad range of areas, as business needs arise
Develop and provide various reports to meet departmental needs, providing data analysis and summary conclusion of results
Maintain and update compensation databases and the job description web site
Provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics
Support the administration of the company’s pay programs, including: base salary, promotion and adjustment increase process
May process various types of forms relating to such actions such as new hire orientation, change of employee status, performance evaluation and benefits
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of critical Human Resources related systems including, PeopleSoft, Learning Management System, Resumeware and time recording
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years administrative experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year Compensation administrative experience.
