Compensation Specialist - Corporate

Robert Half International is seeking a temporary Compensation Specialist I to provide detailed analysis of the administration and policy compliance of the field compensation programs. The Compensation Specialist will validate and report on the performance of the field compensation programs for compliance with established policies. The Specialist will work with the North America Field Compensation Supervisor, District Administrative Coordinators (DAC) and internal departments (Staff Payroll and Staffing Reporting) to respond to field questions and concerns. The Specialist will provide customer service to District Administrative Coordinators (DAC's) on field compensation related issues and provide clarification and recommendations. This Candidate will perform monthly bonus detail sheet adjustments to handle monthly exceptions and system overrides. The Specialist will recommend solutions to bonus adjustment issues and special bonus agreements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in applicable field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in an administrative/coordinator role, with 1 + years of Compensation/Human Resource experience preferred
- Proficienct in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be flexible to work within fast-pace environment with tight deadlines
