span span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' Compensation and Benefits Analyst, Southfield, MI br   br Our client, a Tier I supplier to the automotive industry, with manufacturing facilities in the US and Mexico, is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for their Southfield, MI location that will report to and assist the Director of Compensation and Benefits with the company’s compensation and benefits strategy, including but not limited to:  design, planning, policies, reporting, communications and programs.   br   br Key Responsibilities: /span br ul
li Complete the compensation benchmarking for all positions within the company and maintain a record of all titles, grades, FLSA status, and pay ranges for all salaried and hourly positions. /li li Benchmarking incentive compensation for management positions and will manage the annual performance management process and annual incentive performance plan.     /li li Identify and coordinate common compensation strategies/cycles between Mexican and US operations wherever appropriate. /li li Administer the policies and practices regarding job evaluation, job leveling, titling, FLSA categorization, salary administration and benchmarking processes.   /li li Administer and maintain the company’s Performance Management Program (PMP) consisting of goal management, mid-year check in, performance evaluations and merit and bonus budget planning and processing within ADP Vantage application.   /li li Assist with the annual benefit plan design or changes, maintain plan documentation and coordinate communications with vendors as needed (e.g. medical, dental, prescription, vision, life, EAP, 401k, disability etc.).   /li li Facilitate resolution of issues between participants and benefit vendors. /li li Assist in on-site wellness programs, health fairs, benefits newsletters and annual open enrollment process. /li li Coordinate the funding requirements and carrier interfaces for all benefit programs, payroll reconciliation of benefit deductions, generate and process carrier invoicing and prepare accounting self-funding reporting /li /ul

li BS/BA required /li li 5+ years of experience in benefits coordination and administrator for an employer with over 1000 employees.   /li li 5+ years of compensation administration (for both exempt and non-exempt) in a manufacturing environment.   /li li ADP Vantage experience preferred. /li li Excellent Excel (pivot tables / V-lookups), Power Point, Word and Outlook skills.    /li li Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. /li li CEBS, PHR or Compensation Certification preferred. /li li Occasional travel required (Less than 15%) /li /ul
