JOB TITLE: Complaint Manager

DUTIES: The Complaint Manager is responsible to manage the end to end process of customer complaints including review and maintenance of complaint files and responses sent to customer. 2 YEARS CONTRACT ON W2 with possible extension 2 YEARS CONTRACT ON W2 with possible extension . Primary contact for all customer experience reporting and complaint handling activities related to commercial and investigational product. Responsible for independently receiving, documenting, investigating and coordinating responses on product complaints. Ensure timely investigation of and response to product complaints. This involves initiating and participating in investigations and corrective action arising from product complaints. Collaborates with QualityAssurance, Sales Personnel, Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Clinical Affairs. Maintains current and complete complaint files. Performs collective analyses of product complaints and implant reports for trends and identification of potential corrective or preventive actions.

SKILLS: Expertise in Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, goal orientated achiever with ability to prioritize and organize own work semi-independently. Excellent problem solving skills including experience in technical writing Proficiency with written and spoken English Excellent organization and teamwork skills Keywords: Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent Preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in Medical Device complaint handling is preferred Product knowledge, must have working knowledge of product usage and failure modes. Ability to differentiate between significant and nonsignificant health risks to either patient or health care worker
