JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain timely and accurate summaries for licensed export shipments to assure that Linde does not exceed license limits, terms, and conditions
Extract shipment details from data tables within SAP system to build custom controlled material report
Transfer specific shipment information to license tally sheets which are managed to the cylinder serial number level of detail
Collect monthly delivery reports from foreign subsidiaries and/or distributors and update license tally sheets with local delivery details
Additional information is collected from foreign trading partners when empty cylinders are returned which is also added to the license tally sheets
Research data anomalies within SAP and resolve with foreign trading partners and production plants
Collect export documentation from Logistics department and create shipment file folder
Assist Trade Compliance Manager - RAS as needed in monitoring cumulative quantities shipped against a specific licenses and raise awareness when more than 50% of licensed quantities and/or values are consumed
Assist Trade Compliance Manager - RAS as needed in performing secondary review of all export documents including AES, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, dock receipts and other associated documents.
Assist Linde sites such as Whitby, ON or Fairburn, GA with export documentation
Assist Trade Compliance Manager - RAS with data collection and issuance of certificate of origin certificates
Clear screening and license holds in SAP Global Trade Module

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate s Degree Business
Minimum of 3 years customer service or similar experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Asset database management or similar experience. Trade Compliance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Proficient in SAP
Ability to multi-task between various enterprise software solutions
Strong attention to detail
Past experience working with cylinders and / or specialty gases
Solid understanding of US export regulations
