Pay is up to $40 per hour with weekly expense reimbursements for travel, food, and lodging.

Intermediate professional role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Works under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgment. Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to appropriate team member. Works on multiple concurrent projects of medium complexity. This level is expected to lead product compliance support activities and ensure effectiveness of the Product Compliance Program for assigned products and services. Provides regulatory compliance advice to development and product employees during projects and is responsible for regulatory medium to large size product lines that contain complex banking functions. Is an active team member, contributes to complex projects to gain experience, shares ideas and suggests process improvements appropriate for level of experience. Consults with senior peers on semi-complex processes to learn through experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the regulatory compliance field and must be knowledgeable in more than one area of compliance such as lending, deposit, privacy, tax, or anti-money laundering regulations.
Tracks, reviews and communicates pending and passed US federal regulations, agency guidelines or directives to impacted business units to ensure ongoing product compliance. Works with development groups to review and approve project requirements and design documents that pertain to or impact regulatory compliance and assists in setting priorities for regulatory issues that must be addressed by the business. Responds to internal and external client matters pertaining to product compliance and assists in providing final disposition of any discrepancies. Performs periodic reviews and audits of products and services to validate compliance with high risk regulations or detect regulatory violations, weak controls or other potential areas of exposure.
