Job Description
Job Advertised by Pharmadiversity Job Board - - Contribute to the development, assessment, and tracking of corporate compliance programs, training, adherence, and effectiveness. - Construction of monitoring and auditing programs for sales and marketing activity. - Enhance and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for sales and marketing activities. - Managing internal risk assessments and investigations. - Vendor interaction - management of vendor relationships. -Integrate and monitor compliance controls into the scope of existing business practices company wide. -Contribute to the development, delivery, and tracking of formal compliance training through various methods including formal presentations, on-line training, workshops, and written materials. -Maintain strict ethical, legal adherence and confidentiality at all times. -Provide Regular Reports to management and conduct data analytics. -Coordinate and manage investigations - report findings and oversee corrective action to be taken. Additional Job Responsibilities: - Interface with Sales Force & Marketing Personnel. - Manage multiple complex projects. - Produce reports, presentation, materials, guidelines, documents, and letters. - Oversee and manage budget, documentation, records. Education: Bachelor's degree, additional education a plus.
