COMPLIANCE & PRIVACY SPECIALIST:

Step into this vital role where you will be a compliance professional supporting the Hospital in implementing and establishing an effective compliance program under the direction of the Compliance and Privacy Officer.

Support the day to day operations of the Corporate Compliance function including participating in Compliance and Privacy training, develop and draft revisions to policies, maintaining compliance processes, conduct investigations and participate in special projects which impact enhancing the patient experience.

With oversight by the Compliance and Privacy Officer, develop strategies which evaluate and enhance compliance and privacy performance through risk assessment and monitoring activities, and assists in problem identification and resolution.

Present and communicate your findings to hospital CEO's and Senior Leadership, and influence decisions that help drive our continued success.

PREFERRED CRITERIA:

Experience in a Behavioral Health Services entity.

REQUIRED CRITERIA:

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience relating to Hospital Compliance and Privacy with a thorough understanding of compliance and privacy regulations Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
