About the Job:

A Memphis corporation is seeking experienced Computer Repair Technicians looking to join a growing team to troubleshoot, repair and solve issues on computers and company office equipment. The right candidates will have the ability to take computer equipment apart, if required, and determine what is faulty and complete repairs. Our Computer Repair Technicians will utilize diagnostic tools, trial and error and be able to identify and solve issues that may not have a clear solution. We are offering this great opportunity to join our corporation for experienced Computer Repair Technicians and/or candidates who have recently earned their Associates Degree in IT or a related field.

As the Computer Repair Technician you will asses and diagnose computers, laptops, and printer issues. Soldering experience is a plus. You will also use your analytical skills and be able to clearly communicate and identify issues and offer options for repair or replacement. Repairing the equipment will include making repairs internally and externally.

* 2 years' computer repair experience required. Degree a plus.
* Analytical skills.
* Good communications skills.
* Knowledge of IT skills.
* Ability to use your hands to manipulate objects within the computer.
* Proved troubleshooting skills.
* Flexibility in scheduling a plus.
* Soldering experience a plus.
* A+ certification a plus.
