DevonHouse Senior Living of Allentown is seeking a seasoned concierge to greet and assist residents and guests and manage multiple front desk responsibilities. The successful candidate will have proven experience in customer service and/or hospitality, excellent communication and time management skills, aptitude in resolving issues in a customer-first culture and the ability to multitask with efficiency, patience and a smile. Primary responsibilities: Be the welcoming first point of contact; greet our residents, family members and guests upon entrance to our community; provide information and direction Answer phones and direct calls with warmth and courtesy Understand the needs of our residents, family members and guests; respond to their requests with personalized attention Coordinate all appointments for residents and assist them in obtaining services Respond to complaints with respect and appropriate solutions We require proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel and a high school diploma: a certificate or degree in hotel management is a plus.
