Working here is an unbelievable privilege and it will be something I carry with me for the rest of my life!" - Sunrise Team Member At Sunrise, As the concierge, you provide the first impression for all visitors into the Sunrise community. You will be responsible for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Responsibilities: - Retrieving night messages and distribute to appropriate mailboxes - Direct visitors/answer questions - Sign for packages/mail (in absence of Mailroom Clerk) - Assist with conference room bookings - Submit Workspeed tickets - Handle team member requests - Assist Office Manager, Office Assistant and Mailroom Clerk, as needed - Special Projects - Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers - Update/Maintain Resource and Organizational Charts Manuals - Update Reference Guide/Hotline Numbers List - Maintain medicine cabinet - Stock Ladies restrooms with Listerine, cups, lotion, and hand sanitizer on all floors (Thursday weekly) Qualifications: - A high school diploma or GED is required - Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills - You must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper - Proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications Sunrise maintains a drug-free work environment and all offers of employment with Sunrise are conditioned on submitting to and successfully completing and passing a drug and alcohol test.
