We are searching for a Confidential Secretary who will support the Corporate Human Resources team and the Sr. Vice President - Human Resources & Stewardship. This role will require: Absolute confidentiality, positive can-do attitude, high degree of accommodation and you must be able to work as a part of a team.
The duties are broad and key aspects of the role include: Making all travel arrangements, obtain confirmations, and submit expense reports. Scheduling/maintaining the calendars for the Director-Corporate Human Resources, Sr. Manager-Human Resources, Legal & Global Human Resources and Sr. Vice President - Human Resources & Stewardship. Providing accurate and timely document preparation. Gathering, maintaining, and reporting statistics pertaining to the department as requested
High school graduate with at least one year's vocational training in administrative assistant area preferred. Human Resources experience a plus. Over two years' prior secretarial experience-preferably gained at the Kohler Co. Must have strong communication skills. Strong organizational and proofreading skills are required. Intermediate to advanced level PC skills are also required in Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
