Northrop Grumman is seeking a Configuration/QA Analyst to provide program review/control governance, planning, scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and technical editing on our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting software/systems development efforts for the Intelligence Community\. Specific roles and responsibilities include:
- Facilitate collaboration between the multiple functions and stakeholders within customer's organization and contractor teams to ensure strategy development, program review/control governance, planning/scheduling, procurement and quality assurance can enhance organizational performance\.- Work directly with organizational entities to ensure that inspections, process control analyses or audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications\.- Provide expertise and guidance in interpretation of policies and guidelines\.- Facilitate weekly governance meetings, Configuration Control/Engineering boards, and project control gates, capture and monitor closure of board action items/issues, and perform continuous quality assurance reviews\.- Define and implement internal processes for implementing a quality enterprise\-wide configuration management \(CM\) approach and control activities, to include identification, control, status accounting, and auditing according to Sponsor priorities\.- Contribute to the development and update of the Change and Configuration Management Plan \(CMP\), ensuring the CMP and activities are compliant with Sponsor policies and processes\.- Develop and maintain the Enterprise Configuration Management \(ECM\) Roadmap to continue growth in the Sponsors CM maturity flexibility, capabilities, and capacity for configuration item \(CI\) tracking and management in a prioritized and structured approach\.- Align CI tracking repository with the ECM roadmap \(includes requirements identification, execution, testing, deployment, maintenance, and administration of the sub\-sites\)- Establish workflows and operational instructions for enterprise processes; specify and execute timetables, program plans, internal policies \(e\.g\., authorization plans, access rights\)\.- Develop, review, and analyze engineering change data to author and/or technical documentation such as user guides, System Administrator Operating Manuals, software application release notes, in consistent formats and with graphics to clearly and effectively communicate technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences\.- Maintain Enterprise and Sponsor project level documentation, including, but not limited to, CONOPS, Standard Operating Procedures \(SOPs\) for the IT infrastructure, training material, requirements documents, testing documents, design documents as well as the current operational documentation library \(ODL\)\.- Participate in Baseline Change Management, Release Management, Deployment Management, Asset Management, Engineering Reviews, and Operational Deployment Reviews to ensure version control is properly maintained\.- Provide infrastructure management support including:
creating and submitting monthly reports to the Sponsor that provide details on capacity, performance, usage, and recommendations\.- Ensure the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly\.- Coordinate with senior customer management regarding procurement activities, optimization, and team compliance with policy\.Basic Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance is required\.- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience with Configuration Management/Quality Assurance\.- Experience with writing, rewriting and/or editing as well as creating and/or modifying related graphics in the technical documents to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences\.- Knowledge of tools or techniques for configuration item \(CI\) tracking and management\.- Ability to analyze documentation and make adjustments for accuracy and improvement\.\.Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of with Agile \(Scrum\) development methodologies\.\
