span A top firm and client of Parker + Lynch Legal is looking to hire a Conflicts Attorney.  This is a unique opportunity to work at a premier AmLaw firm in an important role.   br   br B Duties include: /B Initiating the conflict clearance process for all new engagements; initiating and documenting any client waivers; actively consulting with the responsible partners handling new engagements; researching various print and electronic resources necessary to identify and resolve potential conflicts; resolving conflicts and documenting the conflict clearance process; performing conflicts clearance related to new professional hires; implementing and maintaining ethical walls and screens; maintaining the conflicts database; and assisting with research to support the firm's business development.   br   br B Qualifications: /B  A law degree from an accredited law school is required as well as bar membership in California (or bar admission in another state and willingness to sit for the next California exam).
