JOB DESCRIPTIONNew Site Build Construction Manager: The Construction Manager is responsible for all aspects related to getting wireless sites designed, constructed, and on-air for our clients.
This includes attending site walks, redlining drawings, scoping construction projects, providing accurate cost estimates, ordering materials, ordering power and telco services, preparing and running bid walks, helping select GCs, managing the GCs and all other vendors, overseeing the construction phase of the site, including site safety compliance, and preparing a final close out package. General Qualifications: - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload and deliverables with little supervision under strict timelines - The use of a personal vehicle. Employees must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess an appropriate valid driver's license, possess personal insurance coverage, and have an acceptable driving record. - Irregular hours, occasional evening, and weekend work when needed may be required - The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledgeable about basic RF design, construction, site identification, and local land use planning issues - Minimum 5 years (during the last 7 years) of direct wireless site construction experience. Preferred in Northern California. - Experience with site builds on utility poles and/or in ROW, including DAS or small cells preferred - Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
