Job Description Job Title: Project Coordinator Status: Exempt Professional does not qualify for overtime Responsibilities: Project Coordinator is responsible for running and organizing all project activities for residential insurance claim reconstruction losses in the Dallas Ft Worth area. This position requires professionalism, tact and an uncompromising drive to exceed client expectations. Excellent communications skills, a positive attitude and a high sense of urgency are a must. Duties: Communicate with clients to define project scope Prepare project proposals and budget Prepare and distribute bid packages Create and maintains project files Complete Subcontracts Send out Job Assignments to Project Managers Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years residential construction experience Visibly apparent Customer-First skills. Proven problem solver adept in securing client solutions. Skilled in con firm ing customer-sat is fac tion prior to concluding service work. Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels. Flexible, well organized, detail oriented, and multi tasked. Good project management skills such as ability to prioritize and manage time Available to work flexible hours. Arrive early, stay late, some night and weekends. Must be able to pass 7 year criminal background check Required Computer/Technology skills: Proficient in both iOS and Android platforms Internet Explorer, or Chrome Windows OS Microsoft Office, including: o Outlook o Excel o Word o Web based applications Desired Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management or 4-year College Degree Third Party Vendor Program Work (Contractor Connection) experience a plus.
