Permanent position for a Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects at school, university, hospital, industrial, and pharmaceutical sites in the Mid-Atlantic region. Manage permitting, scheduling, procurement, document control, and other functions. Create all-inclusive preconstruction and construction schedules to include the work of the design professionals and owners in Microsoft Project format.Ensure close collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, code and enforcement officials, subcontractors and vendors.Monitor project costs to keep project within budget, including general condition costs and labor budgets to ensure profitability.Monitor procurement schedule with weekly tracking of status of the schedule; proactively identify and resolve problems, Execute consistent systems, processes, and personnel necessary to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.Work closely with Superintendents to ensure compliance with risk management, OSHA and other safety policies, and customer requirements.Promptly and thoroughly negotiate, write and execute complex owner contracts (GC, CMa, CMc, GMP, and Design Build).Manage the closeout process effectively.For all our 100+ job openings in New Jersey and NYC metro area, please visit:


BS Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred. Minimum
5 years project management experience.Experience managing education, hospital,
industrial, or pharmaceutical facility construction projectsExperienced
and knowledgeable in the CSI Division 0-16 for scope writing, schedule
development, start up, commissioning, turnover and documentation / financial
closeout.Strong verbal and written communication, decision making, mentoring,
and delegation skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PowerPoint,
MS Project.Able to read drawings and coordinate work of all functions.Strong
leadership skills in regard to subordinates, peers and customers.For all
