Skilled in the Construction industry and trades
Lead previous projects
Comfortable with punch lists and task delegation
Supervisory skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eye for detail
Strong management skills including initiation-implementation-status updates- follow though-wrap up
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership, administrative and problem solving abilities
Architecture, Engineering or related degree preferred
