Job Description

Consultant Hispanic Relations publishes and shares findings with the organization. Conducts benchmarking research and analysis to effectively prioritize needs within Hispanic Relations. Evaluates clients' Spanish communication needs. Interprets company policies to establish direction for Spanish communication materials. Advises on creating universally understood, accurate and "brand right" Spanish materials for team members and guests. Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure communication materials are correctly translated and consistent with Target brand. Stay in close partnership with client groups after the conclusion of projects to ensure project provided desired results.Requirements 4 year college degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Latin American Studies, or Education 5 7 years minimum of related work experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Deep understanding of Spanish grammar and the impact of communication messages throughout a diverse Spanish speaking audience Understanding of cultural differences among Spanish speakers Excellent systems and process understanding Strong initiative Able to quickly build credibility with clients Excellent project management/organization skills with the ability to multi task and manage time effectivelyBenefitsEligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
