Contact Center Representatives respond to incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, with the goal of offering one-and-done problem resolution to a variety of customer issues. We have flexible schedule options available, including 1st and 2nd shift, schedules may include rotations for weekend and holiday coverage. Our contact center is located in Creve Coeur, MO off Olive Blvd, between Hwy 270 and Route 364/Page Ave Extension.

Consistently meet monthly team sales goal

Expense Control/Compliance Adherence

Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback

Provide regular formal and informal coaching

Provide written and verbal feedback - monthly and annual reviews

Special Assignments as assigned by Contact Center Manager within the Contact Center



Qualifications:

Proven ability to coach for performance

Ability to impact team morale/motivation

Effective communication (verbal and written)

Ability to make situational decisions based on policies/procedures of Commerce Bank

Ability to manage time to ensure deadlines are consistently met

Ability to meet specified deadlines

Flexibility in schedule to provide early coverage as needed

Manage other projects as assigned



Preferred:

Previous Call Center Supervisor experience preferred



Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: rotating

Some traditional and non-traditional holidays

Time Type:

Full time
