Contact Center Representatives respond to incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, with the goal of offering one-and-done problem resolution to a variety of customer issues. We have flexible schedule options available, including 1st and 2nd shift, schedules may include rotations for weekend and holiday coverage. Our contact center is located in Creve Coeur, MO off Olive Blvd, between Hwy 270 and Route 364/Page Ave Extension.



Commerce reserves the right to fill part time positions as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.



Based upon experience level, position may be filled as a Representative I or II.



Education:

High School Diploma or GED required



Experience:

*1 year customer service experience preferred; banking experience is a plus

*Proficient in using a personal computer in a windows environment required

*General knowledge of internet functionality required

*Typing - 25 wpm
