Provides high quality customer service in response to incoming communications from the general public, registry members, and potential donors. Triages communications (servicing, transferring, and/or escalating as appropriate), responds to general health questions/issues, provides general education about the Registry and donation processes, performs potential donor location (quick searches), contacts members to verify or clarify data integrity, and manages/updates registry member records in STAR Link accordingly. Good guardianship of member confidentiality and identity; appropriate use of available people finder tools. Supports the achievement of department goals through job accountabilities, strong customer service, and exceptional time management.
