As Continuous Improvement Project Manager, the focus of this North America role is to provide 1) operational expertise in the design, development, implementation and measurement of the business processes and offer and implement process improvements to help the business work more efficiently and 2) Analyze business performance to identify potential process gaps to address.



Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Quality and Continuous Improvement in NAM HR Shared Services, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:



* Working with a large network of individuals ranging from HR Business Partners to SVPs throughout the organization.

* Analytics to support change management ideas and implementation of new processes.

* Execute change within the organization to improve processes within Human Resources.

* Manage small project teams to achieve objectives of each project.

* Design, develop, and implement other NAM HR Shared Services Programs.

* Coordinates and communicates with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBPs, HR Data Analytics, IPO and Finance Shared Services and global teams to ensure the optimal execution of assigned programs.

* Measures and reports on milestones and customer satisfaction of assigned programs and initiatives.

* Key point of Contact for Data Privacy and Key Internal Controls within Human Resources.

Candidate Requirement

Must be able to create executable processes while considering regional customer requirements.

Has track record and an appetite for delivering continuous improvement. Can provide examples of having led changes.

Experience with data analytics, both generating transactional reports and creating new data sets that reveal new insight into HR Shared Services. Prior experience with process improvement and leading change is preferred.

Uses a variety of techniques to influence a range of internal and external, technical and non-technical stakeholders across a range of issues. Able to establish personal credibility at all levels.

Adept at operating in a dynamic and fast changing environment. Outstanding prioritization skills to address and resolve emerging issues and priorities.

Understands the company strategy and company vision and scans the environment to make recommendations to address future program improvements.



TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

Much of the work associated with this role is performed in a corporate office and over the telephone. However, occasional international travel of over 1 week in duration is required and occasional overtime and travel is required.

Ability to lead through influence.
