Our client, a large Atlanta based technology corporation is seeking to hire a Contract Manager (newly budgeted) to support their hospitality business. The successful candidate should have 3+ years of Contract Management experience and preferably an indepth knowledge of services contracts. Will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating sales and procurement contracts. Will be meeting with internal clients to fully understand business objectives and provide advise and counsel regarding contractual risks. Will be expected to maintain an indepth knowledge of the company's procedures, processes and policies and also provide training to internal busienss groups. This is a very hands-on position with a company that definitely believes in promoting from within.
