span Contracts Manager br Pay Rate: $40 per hour br Duration of Assignment: 9/12/16-3/10/17 br Location: 8th Ave NY br   br Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Contract Manager to join Sales Operations team. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the timely creation, negotiation and execution of all sales contracts as well as managing the contracts approval process. Contract Manager will ''own'' each contract and be responsible for its accuracy and for addressing and documenting all product and business exceptions. The Contract Manager will need to quickly learn various consumer and professional product lines and the contractual business issues tied to each product. Responsibilities include: br   br Preparation of contracts in a timely manner. br Confirmation of all contract terms including descriptions of customized services, guarantees and pricing. br Implementing the standardization of contracts and integration of new business, when applicable. br Tracking and communicating the status of contracts. br Act as liaison with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Senior Management to ensure that contracts are accurate and comply with company requirements. br   br Required Skills: br Qualifications: br Experience negotiating contracts and master service agreements a must. br Online publisher or online advertising agency experience strongly preferred. Pharma and healthcare knowledge also preferable. br Will consider junior candidates with exceptional skills and motivation. br Must be very detail oriented with strong analytical skills. br Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. br Must be responsible, accountable and result-driven. br Excellent presentation and communication skills. br Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). br Experience using Salesforce.com a plus br Education/Certifications: br Bachelor's degree. br 3-5 years related contracts experience. br   br B To apply, please email your resume to: linda.legrand@accountingprincipals.com /B br /span
