Contract Program Analyst

The Contract Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) management program within the Acquisition Management Section of a large government agency. They must be familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and have a minimum of 1 year experience in working with government contracts or acting as a buyer and have exposure to the functions of COTRs. A successful candidate will be trained in the agency's unique financial management system, however, prior experience with existing financial systems, such as PRISM, and prior experience as a COTR are a plus. The candidate must be a self-starter and have good communications skills. They also must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.).
