Warnaco Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a talented Temporary Contract Recruiter, Wholesale/Retail to join our talent acquisition team. Warnaco's history dates back to 1874. The original company designed, manufactured and sold Warner's corsets to retailers. Since then, Warnaco has evolved into a global apparel leader which designs, sources, markets, licenses and distributes a broad line of intimate apparel, sportswear and swimwear worldwide. The Company's products are sold under several highly recognized brand names, including, but not limited to, Calvin Klein, Speedo, Chaps, Warner's and Olga.
Supporting the Warnaco brands, the Contract Recruiter will have a three month assignment reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for divisional recruitment efforts for Manager and below open positions.

In addition, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Manage a full-cycle recruitment process utilizing an applicant tracking system and cost effective candidate sourcing strategies.
* Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates/leads to quickly provide talent to department clients.
* Retail/Wholesale experience a must.
* Product Knowledge required.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

* BA degree
* 3-5 years progressive HR recruiting and research experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
