General Purpose: The Contracts Administrator is responsible for full cycle contract management administration including standard contract preparation, ongoing communication with all stakeholders, providing confirmation of pre-approved negotiable negotiating contract terms and conditions, and execution of contracts. When required, this position will act as a liaison with legal representation for commercial and contractual legal issues. This position is responsible for managing the contract database and all associated files, and will act as project lead for implementation of a complete contract management software solution. This is an entry level position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Review and send for executeion all contracts and send executed contracts to appropriate parties.

2.Lifecycle management of contracts, addendums and other legal documents through the use of existing database and workflows to be migrated to new comprehensive software solution. Maintain detailed and organized paper and electronic files of all legal documents, and related process documentation.

3.Train and update associates, under the guidance of Legal Counsel, including sales teams and account managers on best practices, policies, changes and updates to terms and conditions and other standard contracts for the company.

4.Review requests for proposals for compliance with WEX contracting principles and guidelines.

5.Promote awareness and understanding of the contract review and management process.

6.Lead project to implement new contract management software solution to include assembling team, developing charter, building consensus on scope and RAPID methodology, supporting milestone completions, reporting on progress, and monitoring implementation/performance.

7.Other administrative tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Minimum Required Qualifications for Consideration
Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must pass a successful background investigation
Strong technical skills (more than proficient)
Preferred Qualifications
3 years experience in office administration or contract management or a related position
Ability to work independently, yet still be team-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High ethical standards
Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated strength in project management, experience working on process improvement and ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
Ability to apply strong problem solving skills and excellent judgment to develop practical, business-oriented solutions
Ability to build strong internal relationships that foster open communications and to act as a resource on the contract lifecyle to business units
Flexible to work in dynamic, fast paced environment
