Job Description:

PRIMARY FUNCTION(S)

The candidate must be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized individual who is able to prioritize and multi-task effectively, and work independently as well as with professional staff on site and in field locations.

Responsibilities include:

--Primary oversight of a full range of contracts, subcontracts, agreements, reports, documents, and ERP system entries;

--Negotiating non-disclosure and teaming agreements;

--Support to Business Development and Operations during the proposal process;

--Lead role in managing corporate and contractual compliance with Federal, statutory, and internal regulations and procedures;

--Management of prime and subcontract closeout processes, including working with DCMA.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

* Review and management of contractual obligations, oversight and compliance with all terms and requirements;

* Focal point for communication with Finance, Legal, and business team members for resolution of internal matters between Departments;
* Works with different contract types (Cost Plus. T&M, and FFP), from award and set up, to modifications, completion through close out;
* Ability to coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues;

* Focal point for communication with Finance, Legal, and business team members for resolution of internal matters between Departments;
* Supports ITAR and export control related issues, from FMS cases to TAAs;

* Assists in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* The position requires a BA/BS, minimum of three years contracts experience, researching Federal and statutory regulations, negotiating commercial transactions, and/or taking the lead role in management and resolution of corporate items.

* Proficiency in Excel and Word applications

* Strong desire to learn new systems, processes, and become an integral part of the Odyssey team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience with Google platforms for Work * Graduate Degree

WORKING LOCATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Wakefield, MA

Occasional travel to local offices.
