Currently looking for a sharp professional for a great organization in the West Palm Beach, FL area to assist in their Sales team as a Contracts Administrator. In this role the ideal individual will be handling various administration duties as well as reports, scheduling appointments, customer service, excel spreadsheets and more. You will be interacting heavily with numerous departments and team members. The Ideal individual will have a background with at least 2 years of an administrative role with Customer Service, strong Microsoft office suite skills, and ability to multi task with a sense of urgency. They do require flexibility of your work hours and days. They are open from Sunday to Thursday. They offer a great work environment and the abilities to learn new skills.
