ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Assist Director of Corporate Renovations and Senior Project Managers in creation, update and distribution of construction schedule. * Solicit, evaluate and recommend approved bidder list * Assist in property scoping and review of design preparation for project bidding * Coordinate distribution of bid documents, request proposals, create bid summary * Recommend award, provide clarifications to bid and submit bid documents to Contract Administrator for contracts preparation. * Negotiate final cost for bid proposals and confirm cost against approved budgets * Assist Senior Project Managers in review of bid document in preparation for construction starts * Coordinate FF&E specs., quantities and order placement with Interior Design & outside consultants * Prepare cost estimates, budgets and spreadsheet analysis of costs for Capital projects * Review change orders * Coordinate special projects from start to completion (i.e. mock-ups, corporate office constructions & project completions
