This newly created role will manage contracts full cycle with multiple vendors and municipalities. As a member of this company you can enjoy exciting work, great company culture, and top-of-the-line benefits. br   br Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager Include: br • Managing and monitoring contracts with local municipalities br • Monitoring project financials and cash flow on a regular basis br • Establishing relationships with business partners br • Review and manage all contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency with company standards br • Implementation and monitoring of KPI’s and monthly reporting to COO br • Work with business partners to evaluate and negotiate bids and contract terms br • Manage, track, and analyze various contracts’ performance br • Identify trends and drive solutions that improve the processes on various contracts br • Work closely with operations, purchasing, and finance to ensure successful project completion br   br Qualifications for this Role Include: br • Bachelors’ Degree in Related Field br • 10+ years’ applicable experience br • Experience with utilities or construction related industries br   br For confidential and immediate consideration, please send your Microsoft Word resume to Jessica.hurlbut@parkerlynch.com br   br /span
