JOB DESCRIPTIONThis Contracts Specialist Administrator Position Features:
We have a client in need for a Contracts/General clerical associate for their growing department. Responsibility for this position will include making sure customer purchase orders are reviewed and processed accurately and on time. Will also be responsible for the overall clerical day to day of the Contracts Department which includes the registration and maintenance of various customer/supplier portals/secure networks.
? Receipt and initial review of customer purchase orders.
? Track revisions and correspondence.
? Distribution of all relevant information to relevant departments within the company.
? Update customer master files.
? Maintain an audit file for each contract
Requirements are at least 2 years office experience, HS GED or diploma, intermediate word and excel. The client would prefer someone that has worked with purchase orders in a fast paced environment or even as a clerk level supporting a busy department.
