The Cook prepares hot and cold food to be served to patients, employees and visitors utilizing safe food handling practices and quality service. Maintains work station during service. Complete all sanitation duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. One (1) year of institutional cooking experience preferred. Able to follow recipes. Familiar with HACCP and associated record keeping. Regular Full-time Day Shift High school diploma or equivalent is required Experience is preferred
