Days (rotating weekends)
Produces high quality foods consistently to the assigned menu in accordance to all food safety standards.
Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Two years experience in quantity food production.
Preferred: Fours years experience in hospital food production.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Must be able to demonstrate understanding of HCA's and St. David's "Patients First" safety initiative by strict compliance to all safety protocols and procedures.
* Quantity food preparation skills.
* Ability to read & follow recipes.
* Basic sanitation skills.
* Food safety knowledge.
High School Diploma/GED
