The Cook Two of the signature restaurants by Chef Richard Sandoval Baptiste & Bottle will be serving the finest in American Cuisine in a fun and modern tavern; Noyame, Chicago's premier roof top restaurant and bar serving Japanese cuisine with a Latin flair, and Culaccino serving fast, casual, street-side Italian Bistro is responsible for preparing Hot and Cold food items in accordance with recipes and established in the restaurants continuing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and established standards continuing the finacial profitability while ensuring all guests experience the unique and vibrant innovative combination of Chef Richards Sandoval's Latin ingredients and modern culinary techniques to create thrilling and sophisticated flavors.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Prepare hot and cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, meat, chicken, fish and other items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards * Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times * Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner * Ensure knowledge of menu and food products * Stock and maintain designated food stations(s) * Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen * Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
